- “Free Version” refers to Swift Commerce available on WordPress.org with limited features.
- “Pro Version” refers to the premium Swift Commerce Pro plugin with extended features, available for purchase.
- “License” refers to the permission granted to use the Pro Version on a specified number of websites.
- “License Key” refers to the unique activation code provided upon purchase.
- “Site” or “Website” refers to a single WordPress installation on a unique domain.
- “User,” “You,” “Your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using our Service.
3. License Grant
3.1 Free Version
The Free Version of Swift Commerce is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL-2.0) or later. You may use, modify, and distribute the Free Version in accordance with the GPL license terms.
3.2 Pro Version
Upon purchase of the Pro Version, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use Swift Commerce Pro on the number of websites specified by your purchased plan:
- Starter Plan: 1 website
- Business Plan: 3 websites
- Agency Plan: 100 websites
3.3 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, license, or sublicense the Pro Version
- Share your License Key with third parties
- Use one License Key on more websites than your plan permits
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose
3.4 License Activation
The Pro Version requires license activation via our licensing system (powered by Freemius). You must maintain a valid, activated license to receive updates and support.
4. Purchases and Payments
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed on our website at swiftcommerce.io/pricing and are subject to change. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Freemius, our authorized payment processor. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. By making a purchase, you also agree to Freemius’s terms of service.
4.3 Subscription Billing
Pro licenses are sold as annual subscriptions. Your license will automatically renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified before renewal.
4.4 Taxes
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) based on your location. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro Version purchases. If you are not satisfied with Swift Commerce Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

5.3 Refund Exclusions
Refunds are NOT available for:

- Purchases where the Plugin was used to violate these Terms
5.4 Post-Refund
Upon refund approval, your License Key will be deactivated, and you must uninstall Swift Commerce Pro from all websites.
6. Updates and Support
6.1 Updates
Active license holders are entitled to receive all Plugin updates, including new features, improvements, and security patches, for the duration of their license period.
6.2 Support
We provide email-based technical support for Pro Version customers with active licenses. Support includes:
- Installation and activation assistance
- Configuration guidance
- Bug reports and troubleshooting
- Feature usage questions
6.3 Support Exclusions
Support does NOT include:
- Customization or development services
- Third-party plugin or theme conflicts (though we will assist in identifying issues)
- Server configuration or hosting issues
- Training or consulting services
6.4 Support Response Time
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24-48 business hours. Complex issues may require additional time.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
Swift Commerce, including all code, design, graphics, logos, and documentation, is owned by Swift Commerce and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7.2 Trademarks
“Swift Commerce” and our logo are trademarks of Swift Commerce. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
7.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any content, data, or configurations you create using the Plugin. We claim no ownership over your website content.
8. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
8.1 WordPress and WooCommerce
Swift Commerce is designed to work with WordPress and WooCommerce. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WordPress, WooCommerce, or Automattic. You must comply with their respective terms of service.
8.2 Third-Party Integrations
Certain features may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA, payment gateways, shipping carriers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
8.3 No Warranty for Third Parties
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
We do not warrant that:
- The Plugin will meet your specific requirements
- The Plugin will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from using the Plugin will be accurate
- Any errors will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFT COMMERCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Plugin
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
- Any amount exceeding the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swift Commerce, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Plugin
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Plugin at any time. To cancel your subscription, contact us or manage your subscription through your Freemius account.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay applicable fees
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your License Key will be deactivated
- You must uninstall the Pro Version from all websites
- You will lose access to updates and support
- Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We will notify existing customers of material changes via email.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
